Chairman, Jenne, Inc.
1973 - Rose was co-owner and founder of Party Shop Beverage in North Olmsted, Ohio. Rose helped grow and manage the business for seven years, which at that point it was sold to a third Party.
1986 - Rose put all her assets on the line and started Jenne Distributors, Inc. (Jenne, Inc.) The original strategy for creating the company came from the result of the split-up of AT&T and lack of distributors selling telephones and communication product and services. Rose's vision was to create a business that offered telecommunication products and solutions enabling installers and resellers to purchase all their products from a single source rather than having to work with several manufacturers. Rose’s philosophy emphasizes customer service, quick turn-around time, easy ordering, product support and knowledgeable sales professionals. Sales topped $2.4 million that first year. Under Rose’s leadership, Jenne, Inc. has grown revenues more than one half billion.
1996 - Rose formed N2Net, Inc., a local Internet service provider offering dial-up access, high speed access, hosting and website design along with offering fulfillment and distribution opportunities through the internet. Rose sold N2Net in 2001 focusing all her energies on Jenne Inc.’s rapid growth. Rose began construction on a 30,000 square foot office/warehouse facility to accommodate Jenne Inc.’s. rapid growth. With two additional construction building add-ons, Jenne Inc. currently resides in a 126,000 office/warehouse facility.
2010 - Rose formed Jenne, LLC, a WBE Certified business with 2020 revenues over twelve million.
